Description

You will lead technical execution and delivery for three squads in an onsite capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into actionable stories and tasks.
• Manage task assignment and oversee development work performed by offshore teams.
• Represent technical progress and work status of three squads directly to the customer.
• Estimate effort for prioritized stories and ensure timely completion of development tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Deep expertise in AWS services including Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Experience managing security through AWS KMS and IAM roles/policies.
• Proven ability to work within an Agile environment.
• Experience breaking down complex requirements into technical tasks and stories.
• Ability to lead and coordinate work across distributed offshore teams.
