AWS Java Technical Lead

You will serve as an onsite technical lead driving development across three squads. You own task assignment and technical oversight for offshore teams while representing the technical workstream in direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into actionable stories and tasks.
• Estimate development efforts and manage the delivery of prioritized user stories.
• Develop software solutions using Java and AWS services.
• Lead and coordinate work across distributed offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Expertise in AWS Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Experience managing security via AWS KMS and IAM roles/policies.
• Proven ability to work within an Agile environment.
• Experience breaking down complex requirements into technical tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
