Description

Provide production support for cloud infrastructure and applications within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot AWS stack components including ECS, EC2, S3, ELB, and ALB.
• Manage and resolve issues across Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server operating systems.
• Monitor system health and application performance using Kibana, Grafana, CloudWatch, and AppDynamics.
• Execute database operations and queries across Postgres, SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Redshift.
• Support application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, and IIS.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of direct production support.
• Proficiency with AWS services: ECS, EC2, S3, CLI, Console, ELB, ALB.
• Experience with Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server environments.
• Database knowledge in Postgres, SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Redshift.
• Hands-on monitoring tools: Kibana, Grafana, CloudWatch, AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with AirFlow, Control-M, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Competency in Shell or PowerShell scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Java or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AQT and AQM.
