Description

You will provide production support for cloud technologies and infrastructure within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support AWS stack components including ECS, EC2, S3, ELB, and ALB.
  • Manage and troubleshoot various operating systems including Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server.
  • Monitor system health and application performance using Kibana, Grafana, Cloudwatch, and AppDynamics.
  • Execute database operations and queries across Postgres, SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Redshift.
  • Support application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, and IIS.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 4+ years of direct production support experience.
  • Proficiency with AWS stack (ECS, EC2, S3, CLI, Console, ELB, ALB, Faregate, Azure).
  • Experience with Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Database knowledge in Postgres, SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Redshift.
  • Hands-on experience with Kibana, Grafana, Cloudwatch, and AppDynamics.
  • Familiarity with AirFlow, Control-M, ServiceNow, and Jira.
  • Competency in Shell or PowerShell scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of Java or Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of middleware including Tomcat, JBoss, IIS, and AMQ.
  • Ability to use tools such as SQL Manager, PowerBI, Putty, WinSCP, Dbeaver, and xEclipse.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AQT and AQM.
