Description

We are looking for a skilled AWS L3 Cloud Support Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-scale cloud environments.

Experience: 5–7 Years (Min. 4+ Years on AWS)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

Key Skills Required:
Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture
Hands-on with: EC2, Auto Scaling, AMI, ELB, S3, VPC, Route 53, RDS
Experience with CloudFormation, CloudWatch, IAM, CloudTrail, Lambda
Knowledge of AWS Control Tower / Landing Zone (Multi-account setup)
AWS Workspaces, AWS SSO, RBAC
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
ITSM tools & processes

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure (L3 support)
Troubleshoot production issues & ensure system availability
Perform deployments, migrations & automation
Monitor systems and ensure operational excellence
Mentor L1/L2 engineers
Work on incident, change & service requests (SLA-driven)

Preferred Certifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate

Nice to Have:
Multi-cloud exposure (Azure / GCP)
SRE / Reliability Engineering experience
