Description

You will lead requirements gathering and solution design for digital technologies with a focus on AWS and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases from stakeholders.
• Develop process diagrams and workflows to map current and future state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with AWS best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels to communicate expectations and address concerns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Extensive experience working within the UK public sector.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services and their application in digital solutions.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and requirement prioritization.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies within public sector environments.
• Ability to map complex processes and design functional workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
