Description

Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures, lead migration projects, and define governance standards for AWS workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures leveraging AWS compute, storage, and serverless services.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects from assessment through deployment.
• Define architecture blueprints, landing zones, and reference models for application onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with security, IAM, and governance standards across AWS accounts.
• Establish and enforce CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in core AWS services: EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS.
• Strong background in microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS, Fargate).
• Understanding of networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53) and monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with security and governance tools like IAM, AWS Organizations, and Security Hub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, OpenSearch, and Secrets Manager.
• Awareness of compliance standards including ISO, SOC2, and GDPR.
