Description

Lead the development and support of a Corporate Financial Reporting .NET application hosted on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure solutions for high-performance transaction and payment processing systems.
• Manage the setup, configuration, and deployment of AWS services, infrastructure, and applications.
• Implement security measures including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements using auto-scaling, load balancing, and caching.
• Create technical documentation for solution designs, specifications, and architectural configuration details.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud architecture.
• Deep expertise with core AWS services including EC2, Redshift, RDS, ElastiCache (Redis), DMS, Postgres, AWS Data Transfer, and ECR.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of security best practices using IAM Roles and KMS.
• Proficiency with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and design large-scale systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless approaches using AWS Lambda and AWS SAM.
