Description

Lead AWS cloud and data warehousing initiatives within the utilities domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team and resolve complex project situations.
• Implement AWS code and data pipelines for real-time processing.
• Develop proof of concepts using enterprise methodology frameworks and technology evaluation principles.
• Automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and redesign infrastructure for scalability.
• Produce and maintain solution architecture, systems integration, and technical design documents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, and reporting.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with AWS services including Redshift, S3, Lambda, Kafka, CloudFormation, DocumentDB, and API Gateway.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and REST APIs.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Experience with Angular.
• Practical application of Agile methodology.
• Background in the utilities domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure redesign and automation.
