Description

You will own the technical delivery of GIS-enabled cloud solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop and maintain process diagrams and workflows to map current and future state operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and prioritize technical tasks.
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications aligned with AWS best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical roles or business analysis within digital technology projects.
• Deep expertise in AWS services, specifically EC2 and core cloud infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data processing.
• Practical experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) concepts and integration.
• Proven track record implementing Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within public sector or regulated digital environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical constraints clearly.
