Description

Design, develop, and test chatbot solutions using AWS Lex and serverless technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbot solutions leveraging AWS Lex, Python, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Collaborate with technical analysts and solution architects on system design.
• Implement engineering best practices including clean reusable code, CI, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Provide technical software support by investigating bugs and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Take ownership of deliverables to meet business stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lex.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Amazon Connect.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles.
