Description

Lead the migration of applications and workloads from on-premises environments to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud migration strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and manage highly available, scalable AWS solutions.
• Execute migration plans, monitor processes, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provision and configure AWS environments while ensuring security and compliance.
• Automate migration scripts and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in on-premises to AWS migration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EKS, EC2, VPC, Networking (Direct Connect, VPN), Load Balancers, Subnets, Gateways, Route Tables, Firewalls, DNS, and Storage.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing logging and monitoring using AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, and ELK.
• Knowledge of databases including DB2 and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to ensure infrastructure meets performance and capacity standards.
• Document each step of the migration process and lead team upskilling programs.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
