Description

Lead the integration workstream for the Data Center Exit to AWS program, defining target architecture and executing zero-downtime migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing integrations and define the target integration architecture on AWS.
• Design and implement zero-downtime or near-zero-downtime integration and data sync approaches.
• Migrate and modernize TIBCO and Informatica integrations to AWS-based platforms.
• Plan and support migration waves by validating integration readiness and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot integration issues during migration, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 4–5 years in AWS cloud migration roles.
• Hands-on experience running TIBCO and Informatica integrations on AWS.
• Proven experience executing incremental and zero-downtime integration migrations.
• Experience supporting wave-based migration execution with readiness checks and go/no-go approvals.
• Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IAM, security, and data protection for integrations.
• Hands-on experience executing migrations within AWS Control Tower and Landing Zone environments.
• Practical exposure to DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code in migration programs.

Preferred Skills

• Integration, Informatica, TIBCO, or AWS certifications (AWS CAF, AWS MAP, or cloud migration-related).
• Experience operating in large, mission-critical, and regulated enterprise environments.
