Description

Design and execute cloud migration strategies and infrastructure solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate on-premises workloads to AWS using the 7 R pattern and design target deployment architectures.
• Develop cloud-based systems using CloudFormation or Terraform and implement CI/CD pipelines with AWS-native tools.
• Lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring architectural compliance with security and infrastructure standards.
• Design monitoring solutions using AWS native services and advise on cloud workflows and processes.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Expertise in AWS migration tools and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of AWS Network and Security components.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
• Proficiency in developing cloud workflows and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with Elastic Stack and third-party specialty software.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud systems.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in AWS PaaS stack including Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Experience with containerized platforms and CI/CD stacks.
• Familiarity with Cloud Custodian.
