Description

Lead technical development and architecture within an AWS ecosystem, owning the release pipeline and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams to deliver high-quality software using modern engineering practices.
• Design and develop distributed, decoupled systems using AWS services and messaging platforms.
• Coach team members on technical best practices and architectural standards.
• Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery workflows.
• Oversee release engineering and ensure alignment with AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing development teams.
• 5+ years of experience designing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, and API Gateway.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience with messaging (Kafka, SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis, Ignite, Redshift, Elastic).
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and streaming technologies.
• Full-stack development experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or specific RDS specializations.
