Description

Lead a development team in designing and building distributed, decoupled systems on AWS. You will oversee delivery, ensure code quality, and coach the team on modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions using AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, and API Gateway.
• Design messaging platforms and decoupled systems using Kafka, SQS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile project delivery workflows.
• Coach team members on modern engineering practices and release engineering.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing with AWS services.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and decoupling patterns.
• Experience with NoSQL, caching (Redis, Ignite, Redshift, Elastic), and streaming (Kafka).
• Practical knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or specific RDS specializations.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to senior leaders and stakeholders.
