Description

You will engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, with a primary focus on AWS CDK.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement serverless and containerized solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, and ECR.
• Manage data persistence and messaging layers with RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and Kinesis.
• Define and deploy infrastructure using AWS CDK, leveraging CloudFormation as a secondary tool.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the full stack, including IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or platform roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS CDK for infrastructure automation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Serverless services: Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, ECR, RDS, DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in AWS networking components: VPC, Load Balancers, Hosted Zones, Direct Connect, VPC Flow Logs, NACLs, and Security Groups.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles using CloudFormation and CDK.
• Familiarity with AWS security services: IAM, Cognito, and Service Catalog.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures using EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Kinesis for real-time data streaming.
• Knowledge of AWS Direct Connect and Virtual Interfaces for hybrid connectivity.
