Description

You will define and drive the AIOps architectural strategy for telecom network operations, ensuring production-grade reliability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement production-grade AIOps frameworks on AWS, integrating predictive and real-time ML models to proactively identify network outages.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and workflow orchestration, combining Amazon Bedrock with telecom-specific data.
  • Automate network monitoring, event correlation, root cause analysis, and remediation while establishing observability standards for metrics, logs, and tracing.
  • Utilize Amazon Neptune for graph-based modeling of network topology and architect secure, scalable AWS environments for enterprise telecom workloads.
  • Lead reliability engineering practices, implement CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps, and mentor senior engineers on cloud governance.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale AWS cloud architectures.
  • 7+ years leading senior engineers, architects, or cross-functional teams.
  • Expert-level experience with AWS cloud services, AI/ML platforms, and MLOps practices.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, agentic AI patterns, and telecommunications networks, protocols, and operational workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, ITSM, ITIL, and cloud governance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or other advanced AWS certifications.
  • Experience modernizing telecom or network infrastructure platforms and utilizing network automation tools.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through framework development, publications, or industry contributions.
