Description

You will provide production support for high-impact business systems and lead end-to-end ETL data warehouse implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot production issues against established timelines.
• Document root causes and resolve production problems using strong analytical skills.
• Own SLAs and ensure zero critical customer issues or follow-ups.
• Implement end-to-end ETL Data Warehouse projects in on-site/offshore models.
• Document business requirements and clearly explain technical issues to business audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AWS Data Engineering.
• Expertise in end-to-end ETL data warehouse, Python, and AWS managed services (EC2, EMR, Glue, Step function, SNS, Airflow, SQS, Lambda, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, S3, Redshift).
• Proficiency with databases, Databricks, and Starburst.
• Experience with Terraform and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Tableau and BI tools at a high level.
• Experience with Incident and service request management (SPARC).
• Ability to work within PST hours for on-call support.
