You will provide application and production support for services running on AWS infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support applications hosted on AWS.
• Resolve production incidents and application-level issues.
• Monitor system health and application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proven track record in production support environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

• Experience with incident management tools.
