Description

You will lead the end-to-end development of large-scale features, owning the release pipeline from definition to production support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define features and user stories with product owners for large development projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, acting as a technical or project lead.
• Build, test, deploy, and promote new features using the DevOps tool stack.
• Respond to production support calls and perform quick repairs to maintain application uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Spark.
• 3+ years building and deploying applications in AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, EMR).
• Expert proficiency in unit testing and coding in Python or Java.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with AWS Database products (RDS, Redshift, Aurora).
• Experience processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with CI/CD practices involving Git and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hive for data processing.
