Description

Lead end-to-end project execution for AWS Python initiatives, managing onsite teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the onsite project team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and detailed execution plans.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on AWS cloud services.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience in project planning, estimation, and execution within Agile/SDLC frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead onsite teams and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
