Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end cloud-native solutions on AWS integrated with Qualtrics and enterprise platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of Qualtrics XM solutions across Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and Product Experience (PX).
• Develop and guide serverless and integration-based solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, AWS S3, and webhook/API connectivity.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle including requirement gathering, scoping, solutioning, architecture design, implementation, and client enablement.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on AWS best practices, cloud-native architecture patterns, and integration strategies.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineering teams on scalable and secure cloud solution development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, effort estimation, solution presentations, and technical discussions.
• Present architecture designs, implementation strategies, and solution insights to leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and operational best practice standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Qualtrics XM platform implementation and integration.
• Experience designing CX, EX, and PX solutions using Qualtrics.
• Good understanding of serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and AWS S3.
• Knowledge of API integrations, webhook-based connectivity, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience managing end-to-end cloud solution delivery and client engagement activities.
• Familiarity with cloud-native design patterns, scalability, and security best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Qualtrics certification is mandatory.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
