Description

You architect and design end-to-end cloud-native solutions on AWS integrated with Qualtrics XM platforms for Customer, Employee, and Product Experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Qualtrics XM solutions across CX, EX, and PX domains.
• Develop serverless and integration-based solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering and scoping to implementation and client enablement.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering teams on scalable, secure cloud development.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, effort estimation, and solution presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AWS cloud services and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Qualtrics XM platform implementation and integration.
• Proven experience designing CX, EX, and PX solutions using Qualtrics.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of serverless architecture: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and AWS S3.
• Proficiency in API integrations, webhook-based connectivity, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience managing end-to-end cloud solution delivery and client engagement.
• Familiarity with cloud-native design patterns, scalability, and security best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Qualtrics certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
