Description

You will manage scalable cloud environments and database systems, ensuring data organization and business objectives are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain scalable cloud environments, identifying and implementing system requirements.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and deploy code via GitLab.
• Perform database and server troubleshooting, including system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
• Execute system migrations between AWS accounts and manage disaster recovery, backups, and documentation.
• Secure web systems by developing access controls, monitoring, and evaluation procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database administration and system management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift, RDS, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning.
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience using GitLab for deployments.
• Proficiency in Linux Shell Scripting or Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and server troubleshooting.
• Ability to migrate systems between AWS accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
