Description

You will design and secure cloud solutions in public cloud environments, owning the transition from current to future state architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architecture roadmaps for cloud migration and modernization.
• Assess security and architecture of business applications during migration.
• Support cloud solution design to meet standardization, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure architecture governance and domain technical discussions.
• Coach and mentor team members across horizontal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience architecting and securing solutions using AWS services.
• Proficiency with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools (CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, peering, and hub and spoke virtual network design.
• Experience with routing, switching, proxy, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of cyber security, cloud-based infrastructure, and software-defined networks.
• Familiarity with the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and associated best practices.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud Security Architect certification.
