Description

Drive infrastructure automation and cloud deployment strategies within a public cloud environment, owning the design and implementation of scalable, secure applications on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy highly available and secure applications using AWS services and architectures.
• Design and implement automation for CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery solutions.
• Build platform engineering workflows to govern cloud service usage and application autonomy.
• Collaborate with Security and Identity teams to administer Role-Based Access Controls.
• Investigate and resolve production environment issues while driving compliance efforts.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AWS, including deploying scalable and secure architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS CLI.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools including Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers, serverless, and microservices.
• Solid grasp of networking, internet protocols, and distributed systems.
• Experience managing work within Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Professional or Specialty certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Background in software development or understanding of financial markets.
• Experience with Azure.
