You will own the security, health, performance, and capacity of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and AWS CDK.
• Lead incident response for live issues and enhance operational tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to design applications for operability and scalability.
• Build tools for rapid deployment and application stack monitoring.
• Define and update SLAs aligned to the service model.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting deployments and managing AWS environments.
• 5+ years in UNIX-based operations with deep Linux systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and code.
• Programming experience in Python, Node.js, Java, C, or Shell.
• Experience with monitoring, alert definition, ownership, and setup.
• Background in enterprise-facing technical operations roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Inspector, AWS Detective, or Lacework.
