Description

Lead technical operations and infrastructure automation within an AWS environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards to monitor system health.
• Define and track SLOs and SLIs to ensure service reliability.
• Handle vulnerability response using ServiceNow, including ticket triage and dashboard creation.
• Own the DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency with AWS.
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience building Splunk dashboards.
• Proven ability to implement SLO and SLI frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow vulnerability response modules and ticket triage.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD implementation.
