Description

You will manage observability and reliability across AWS infrastructure and on-prem environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynatrace dashboards for On-Prem and SaaS deployments.
• Define, measure, and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to communicate system health.
• Instrument applications using OpenTelemetry to capture metrics, traces, and logs.
• Manage data flows using AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Lambda.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (On-Prem and SaaS).
• Deep understanding of Observability principles and SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks.
• Proficiency with OpenTelemetry for application instrumentation.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
• Experience managing AWS Lambda and associated data flows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
