Description

You will own the reliability, automation, and maintenance of evolving technology platforms and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build, release, and monitor services to maximize system reliability and automate API-driven tasks at scale.
• Maintain live services by measuring availability, latency, and overall system reliability using SLO/SLI and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose production incidents to drive operational issues to closure.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure optimal delivery of large-scale systems.
• Automate toil and runbooks to improve application auto-healing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, including incident management and SLO/SLI handling.
• Expert-level hands-on knowledge of AWS.
• Strong coding experience in Python, Go, Java, Bash, JS, Node, or React.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing testing utilities using Python for DevOps pipeline integration.
• 3+ years of experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like New Relic for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure across heterogeneous cloud platforms.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps software delivery life cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Professional level certification in AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
