Description

Design and implement scalable data pipeline solutions using AWS and Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data engineering team through technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and implement data pipeline solutions at scale.
• Manage database design, data loading, and query optimization within Snowflake.
• Develop ETL processes and automation scripts using Python.
• Apply data governance, security, and privacy best practices to all data architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including S3, Managed Airflow (MWAA), Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and IAM.
• Proven expertise with Snowflake database design and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Advanced SQL skills and deep understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience designing end-to-end data pipeline architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
