Description

Lead application migration projects from on-premises environments to AWS public cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions to optimize development and release timelines during migrations.
• Provision AWS components using Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
• Drive technical discussions with clients to define application migration requirements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and configuration management to support migration functions.
• Guide team members on technical implementation and DevOps processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or migration roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Experience with Git and GitLab for source control management.
• Deep understanding of application migration patterns and automation.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps processes and configuration management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Migration Services including DMS, SMS, and CloudEndure.
• Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management.
• Multi-cloud knowledge involving Azure or GCP.
