You will design and implement enterprise architecture solutions that align technical strategy with business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply enterprise architecture principles to support complex IT business systems development.
• Conduct requirements analysis and needs assessments to select and implement integration strategies.
• Design enterprise strategies, business process re-engineering, and solution architectures.
• Align business strategy with information technology processes and infrastructure.
• Support investment decision-making and ensure lifecycle sustainability of technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying Enterprise Architecture principles.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (or equivalent qualifying experience).
• Expertise in systems design, application integration, and solution selection.
• Knowledge of routing protocols, services virtualization, and integration strategies.
• 4+ years of experience in unified communications across switching, routing, firewalls, cloud, MPLS, QOS, and WAN technologies.
• Proficiency in documentation using Visio or similar tools.
• Experience with Web/Directory Services including Microsoft AD and AWS Monitoring Services.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect, Azure, AWS Control Tower, AWS Security Services, and AWS Lambda.
• Expert knowledge in Amazon Connect development, including Contact Flows, IVR, Skill Based Routing, and LEX Integration.
• Technical expertise in designing AWS call flows, agent reports, and dashboards.
