Description

You will design and implement distributed systems and microservices architectures within AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices and distributed application architectures using Kubernetes for proof of concept development.
• Contribute to the enterprise architecture strategic plan by establishing and promoting standard frameworks and guidelines.
• Partner with business executives and technology teams to conceptualize projects and recommend implementation strategies.
• Author and review technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and artifacts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor technical teams on design patterns, code quality, and maintainability to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with 8+ years in an architecture environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python for developing service-oriented architectures.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and distributed system design principles.
• Experience using UML or C4 for system representation and architectural depiction.
• Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including OpenID, SAML, OAuth, JWT, CA, X.509, and MTLS.
• Strong understanding of SecDevOps practices and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Experience working within Agile/JIRA frameworks to deliver projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
