Description

You will design and architect large-scale contact center solutions on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design complex contact flows with deep integration using Lambda and Lex.
• Architect migration strategies to move applications and infrastructure from on-premise to AWS Connect.
• Develop deployment architectures and solution designs for middleware systems for review with architecture and security boards.
• Optimize API performance, data masking, and data streaming into Splunk.
• Leverage AWS services to drive cost-effective infrastructure designs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Contact Center Domain Technologies and products.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
• 5+ years of experience with Lex bot implementation and build work.
• Proficiency in full stack development using Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and Java Springboot.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with integration architecture across different platforms and best practices.
• Ability to demonstrate deployment architecture and solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Genesys Engage Composer.
