Description

You will design and lead the migration of on-premises enterprise applications to AWS cloud environments, ensuring minimal service disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect migration strategies from on-premises infrastructure to AWS.
• Design and implement serverless and highly available cloud architectures.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and AWS CDK.
• Enforce security policies including IAM roles, network security, and data encryption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and solution architecture.
• 3+ years of experience as an AWS enterprise architect.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFront, and IAM.
• Proficiency with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automated resource configuration.
• Programming proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Ability to prepare TCO reports and technical architecture documentation.
• MS in Computer Science or IT with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelors with 7+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Associate.
• Experience with automated testing and cloud security best practices.
