Description

Design and implement AWS-based AI automation and contact center solutions to drive customer digital transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to define cloud strategies, architectures, and technical roadmaps.
• Design and build next-gen Amazon Connect omni-channel solutions integrating cloud and hybrid models.
• Lead deep architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment of AWS Cloud technologies.
• Present technical designs and solutions to stakeholders, sales, and business development managers.
• Align solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and financial targets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or delivering production systems at scale.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect credential.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, Contact Lens, and Transcribe.
• Deep knowledge of Contact Center technologies including IVR, Voice Biometrics, NLP, CTI, and ACD.
• Proficiency in coding and implementing solutions using Node.js, Python, or React.
• Experience with REST API design and modern web stacks.
• Expertise in infrastructure planning, security considerations, and system life cycle management.
• Proven ability to design and deploy AWS or hybrid solutions using a Cloud Native stack.

Preferred Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
