Design and deploy end-to-end AWS IoT solution architectures across industrial domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AWS IoT solution architectures that translate business needs into digital product use cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IoT solution leads to integrate assets and partner tools.
• Incorporate end-to-end security and privacy considerations into every stage of architectural design.
• Communicate detailed technical requirements to engineers, data scientists, and other technologists.
• Provide technical thought leadership to clients to ensure project goals are met.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience as a technical architect with deep knowledge of vertical market segments.
• Expertise in architecting end-to-end IoT solutions using AWS IoT Core, Python SDK, Thing Shadows, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS IoT Greengrass on physical devices via portal and CLI.
• Proficiency with AWS IoT Device Management, Fleet Hub, and AWS IoT Device Advisor.
• Experience implementing Digital Twins using AWS IoT TwinMaker and Amazon Timestream with Grafana.
• Knowledge of AWS IoT Analytics, QuickSight, Kinesis streaming analytics, and AWS IoT Events.
• Ability to stream data to Amazon OpenSearch, Managed Apache Kafka, and Amazon Location Service.
• Experience configuring Node-Red for IoT applications and dashboards.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures on Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to write prototype code in Python or C#.
• B.S. or MS in Engineering or Computer Science.
