Description

You will design and scale AWS IoT platform architectures while managing migration plans and business continuity strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roadmap, including frameworks and instrumentation for organizational resilience.
• Analyze current escrow workflows and build sandboxes to validate code and platform architecture.
• Design disaster recovery strategies and business continuity plans for the AWS platform.
• Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements for scalability, infrastructure, and identity services.
• Manage service availability expectations and negotiate solutions for complex technical problems with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Computing.
• 6+ years of experience in AWS IoT solutions and architecture.
• Expertise in AWS IoT Core, including device management, message brokers, and rules engines.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi OS and MQTT standards.
• Strong knowledge of IoT protocols, security, and architecture.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, and Amazon RDS.
• Understanding of cloud security, encryption, access control, and network security.
