Description

Lead the migration of a call center platform from Avaya on-premises to AWS Cloud, focusing on large-scale consolidation to Amazon Connect, OMNI, and Calabrio.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for contact center transformation.
• Review technical requests and collaborate with teammates to deliver architecture artifacts.
• Provide technical leadership during the transition of contact center technologies.
• Execute large-scale project requirements using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• 5+ years of relevant design and architecture experience.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Connect.
• Proven experience in contact center transformation, conversion, or implementation.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, specifically environments handling 30k calls per week.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Ability to work 100% remotely in EST or CST time zones.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

• IT experience within a managed services environment.
• 3+ years of direct call center experience.
