Description

You will design and build high-scale data management solutions leveraging AWS and Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectural models.
• Validate existing architectures against non-functional requirements.
• Create and monitor SNOW PIPE for continuous data ingestion.
• Develop and document architecture design briefs for Data Lab applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Expertise in AWS services including S3, EC2, EMR, and RDS.
• Deep experience implementing AWS with Snowflake or Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building data platforms using AWS Glue, Lake Formation, and Athena.
• Knowledge of data ingestion using Snow SQL (CLI) and SNOW PIPE.
• Experience securing EMR clusters using KMS or customer-managed keys.
• Familiarity with PySpark-EMR, Data Sync, and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with core AWS services such as Kafka and Kinesis.
