Description

Design technical roadmaps and architectural runways to meet transformation objectives and resolve technical roadblocks.

You will own the release pipeline and empower development teams with groomed solutions for lean delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision, roadmaps, and solution approaches in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Assess architecture runway and resolve technical dependencies well ahead of delivery.
• Evaluate competing solution approaches and scan markets for emerging technology trends.
• Monitor roadmap durability, backlog health, velocity, and quality using custom scorecards to drive engineering improvements.
• Coordinate product releases and manage backlogs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on development experience with Java or C#.
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Strong understanding of software patterns.
• Ability to design and explain event-driven microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs.
• Experience working within Scrum methodology.
• Ability to analyze product performance, feature throughput, and engineering velocity.

Preferred Skills

• Technical cloud engineering experience.
