Description

You will own the design, development, and operation of high-throughput, zero-downtime microservices in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-throughput microservices using Java, SpringBoot, Redis, MongoDB, and Kafka.
• Drive the application lifecycle, tuning performance (JVM optimization) and ensuring production readiness.
• Implement and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, including EKS, Docker, and Helm.
• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting to resolve critical P1 incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with distributed, scalable enterprise systems.
• 5 years of professional Java development experience, including 3 years with MongoDB.
• Extensive experience managing EKS cluster deployments, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm on AWS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Maven, and Git, with a focus on security automation.
• Strong command of microservices architecture utilizing SpringBoot, Redis, and Kafka.
• Expertise in performance tuning, including JVM and memory profiling.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, Python, and Groovy.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

Bachelor's degree required.
