Description

Manage and automate enterprise-level application environments within AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python scripts to automate processes and build APM dashboards.
• Debug complex technical issues independently and drive resolution through internal teams.
• Manage EKS administration and participate in a dedicated on-call schedule.
• Document incidents, requests, and change/release management processes using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Act as Scrum Master by managing dependencies and coordinating progress with other Scrum Masters.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application administration and configuration.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Chef, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong development skills in Python for automation and performance monitoring.
• Experience with testing tools including Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, and PyTest.
• Deep understanding of Server, Storage, Networking, and AWS Well Architected Frameworks.
• Working knowledge of AWS Data Lakes, Snowflake, and data ingestion/transformation concepts.
• Experience using Jira and ServiceNow for incident and release management.
• Ability to work with global teams and support on-call requirements.

Preferred Skills

• AWS SysOps Administrator, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
• Experience with Splunk log indexing, Datadog APM dashboards, or Robot framework.
