Description

You will provide technical support for AWS environments in a 24/7 rotational shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems under high-severity incident conditions.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level requirements during urgent outages.
• Monitor system health and performance using AWS CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot operating system-level issues involving processes, memory allocation, and the network stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools.
• Proficiency with CloudWatch monitoring.
• Deep understanding of operating system concepts, including memory management and processes.
• Strong knowledge of the network stack.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitefield, Bangalore.
• Ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
