Description

You will manage and support AWS IaaS and PaaS platforms in a shared managed services environment, handling incident management and 24/7 technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support customer AWS IaaS and PaaS platforms through hands-on technical delivery.
• Provide incident and problem management across the cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, and applications.
• Examine traces and logs to resolve technical issues.
• Work within shift patterns to support 24/7 operations.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical SysOps or cloud environment role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS management of large-scale IaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency in examining logs and traces for system debugging.
• Ability to adapt to technical changes in a production environment.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Splunk and Datadog.
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with AWS RDS, containerization, or streaming technologies like Kafka and Apache Flink.
