Description

You will manage AWS infrastructure, enforce compliance, and optimize cloud resources for multiple accounts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain configuration, compliance, and audit programs for AWS accounts.
• Monitor compute, storage, and networking to optimize rightsizing and cost drivers.
• Maintain cloud-based servers by patching vulnerabilities, managing backups, and configuring firewalls.
• Manage account containerization and tagging for internal cost centers and client billing.
• Use AWS Config and CloudTrail to track configurations, remediate drift, and conduct audits.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Cloud Administration experience.
• AWS Certification (required).
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Strong system administration skills in Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with automation tools: SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure: switches, routers, server OS, and storage arrays.
• Experience implementing security controls using AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and AWS Audit Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools, middleware software, and ITSM tools.
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
