Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of cloud-native services and platform solutions for AWS migration and business-critical application hosting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Redesign legacy on-premises systems into scalable, resilient cloud-based solutions.
• Define best practices for reusable components and distributed, decoupled systems.
• Implement instrumentation to ensure platform and service observability.
• Oversee development teams, coaching on best practices and AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Deliver sprint releases within Scrum or Kanban models using Jira.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, RDS, API Gateway, and NoSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience with messaging and streaming tools including Kafka, SQS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Release Engineering, and Agile delivery.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or specific RDS specializations.
