Description

Lead technical design and implementation of cloud solutions on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions using core AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Lead migration and refactoring of legacy applications to leverage AWS-native features.
• Optimize application and infrastructure performance using AWS CloudWatch and Auto Scaling Groups.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and manage infrastructure via Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and document technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development, cloud architecture, or systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS core services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Node.js, particularly for serverless or containerized workloads.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using ECS and EKS with Docker.
• Experience managing infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups).
• Database experience with RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora) and DynamoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Aurora and PostgreSQL.
